Let Go of Painful, Limiting Patterns in How You Move

While lying on a healing table, receive  gentle movements  that reach deep seated physical and mental patterns that manifest as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sciatica and more. The movements enable relaxation and the release of pain and tightness.  These movements move throughout your body as waves that access the depth of your physical tissue in order to achieve a  series of benefits that include:

  • Ease in movement
  • Increased endurance
  • Improved physical performance
  • Reduced recovery time after events
  • A feeling of renewal and relaxation.


 In addition, you are taught easy movements that you can use to maintain and increase your range of motion and freedom in  movement until your next session. ​​ Sessions are based on Shiranda's training and experience as a Certified Practitioner of The TRAGER® Approach for more than ten years.  Shiranda is  no longer actively practicing TRAGER®.


Our Tools Are:

Consciously Directed, Rhythmic Movements:

  •      that you receive in a table work session
  • ​     that you perform as self-care in between sessions.

  • Lightness ~ "What could be lighter"
  • Effortlessness ~ "How can I move and achieve my result with 'half as much' effort?"
  • Ease In Motion ~ " What ever I am doing...however I am moving, let it be easy."
  • Mindfulness ~ "Am I present?" Let me be with myself in what I am doing, how I am moving...in how I am being"

Background

Shiranda completed certification in The TRAGER® Approach in 1993. She employs Reiki throughout the session, pausing to apply Reiki directly to troublesome areas as guided. Shiranda is no longer actively practicing TRAGER®.
