The Reiki System of Natural Healing

Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Energy. The word Reiki is actually two Japanese letters or “kanji”. “REI” describes the universal, boundless, limitless nature of the energy; while “KI” describes the vital life force, the power or energy itself. Everyone is born with Reiki since it is the energy that creates and heals--it is the energy of life itself. Reiki energy emanates from the hands once a person has been initiated into the Reiki system of natural energy healing. Its source is Unconditional Love. 

Reiki encourages physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. It balances the system’s energies, promotes  healing and often creates an immediate release from pain. Reiki is the art and science of healing and balancing the body, mind and spirit. 

The Reiki System of Natural Healing is one of several complementary healing modalities that are being used alongside traditional medical treatment in a variety of settings across the U.S. Reiki is a key component of holistic health.

Shiranda has been a Reiki Master-Teacher since 1998.  Being an educator at heart, teaching Reiki is a joy for her, as she as she can be with you as you begin your relationship with this loving energy.  Her Reiki Classes provide many students a beginning understanding of the nature of energy healing, the cause of dis-ease, and an incentive to live more consciously, utilizing the gift of Reiki in daily living.
